Product Return Policy
The following conditions are required in order to return and/or exchange merchandise purchased from our company:
RINGS
1. RMA Number: RMA number is required for your return. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
2. 30 DAYS: Item must be returned within 30 days of SHIPMENT. After this date, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
3. Security Tag: The original security tag must still be attached to the unworn item in order for refunds to be processed. If the tag has been removed (or if it has been removed and re-attached by the customer) the return policy is voided.
4. New Condition: Items must be in new condition (no visible signs of wear and tear). Items that have been altered by a jeweler other than MoissaniteCo.com (i.e. rings that are resized) are not returnable.
5. Very Large and Very Small Ring Sizes: Ladies rings sized above a size 8 and below a size 5 are considered special orders and are thus not returnable.
6. Custom and Special Order Rings: are not returnable or exchangeable (please see the custom order section below for further details).
7. Eternity bands in our overnight section and one time discount section are pre-made and are returnable. All other eternity rings can be exchanged only (no refunds) minus a 30% restocking fee. No exceptions.
EARRINGS AND PENDANTS
1. RMA Number: RMA number is required for your return. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.

RESTOCKING FEES
Because all of our jewelry is made to order we incur significant costs for items returned for a refund. Therefore we are forced to charge a small restocking fee on items returned for a refund. Without the small restocking fee, we would be forced to raise our prices significantly and greatly reduce our enormous selection. Restocking fee for items returned for a refund are as follows (note: minimum of $30 per ring):
1. 14k gold: 5%
2. Palladium: 7%
3. Platinum: 15%
If new item is less than the original item, the restocking fee is applied to only the refunded amount. There is NO restocking fee on loose stones unless multiple stones are purchased and returned for a refund (2.5% restocking).
Shipping is included on all orders over $200. In the case of refunds, shipping and insurance charges incurred by MoissaniteCo to ship orders to customers are not refundable.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Custom orders include:
* Special metal requests that are not available as a regular option on the website (i.e. platinum 18k, pink gold, etc.).
* Items marked as "Special Order" on our website.
* Special requests for items to be made with CZ, diamonds, or other gemstone that are not offered as a regular option for the item purchased.
* Our stones set in customer's jewelry or customer's stones set in our jewelry
Items created at a customer's request that are not normally available on our website
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If work has already begun on your order, the applicable restocking fee will be charged. If work has not begun, there is a minimum charge of 2.5% to cover lost processing fees. Special order items carry a 2.5% cancellation fee.
Applicable Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions and your use of this site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Nevada, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be filed only in the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of your use of this site, any purchase from this site, or these Terms and Conditions.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MOISSANITECO.COM, ITS DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF OUR SITE, THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, OR THE CONTENT CONTAINED IN OR ACCESSED THROUGH OUR SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DAMAGES CASED BY OR RESULTING FROM RELIANCE BY USER ON ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM MOISSANITECO.COM, OR THAT RESULT FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELETION OF FILES OR EMAIL, ERRORS, DEFECTS, VIRUSES, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION OR ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, WHETHER OR NOT RESULTING FROM ACTS OF GOD, COMMUNICATIONS FAILURE, THEFT, DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO MOISSANITECO.COM'S RECORDS, PROGRAMS OR SERVICES.
Product Return Policy
The following conditions are required in order to return and/or exchange merchandise purchased from our company:
RINGS
1. RMA Number: RMA number is required for your return. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
2. 30 DAYS: Item must be returned within 30 days of SHIPMENT. After this date, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
3. Security Tag: The original security tag must still be attached to the unworn item in order for refunds to be processed. If the tag has been removed (or if it has been removed and re-attached by the customer) the return policy is voided.
4. New Condition: Items must be in new condition (no visible signs of wear and tear). Items that have been altered by a jeweler other than MoissaniteCo.com (i.e. rings that are resized) are not returnable.
5. Very Large and Very Small Ring Sizes: Ladies rings sized above a size 8 and below a size 5 are considered special orders and are thus not returnable.
6. Custom and Special Order Rings: are not returnable or exchangeable (please see the custom order section below for further details).
7. Eternity bands in our overnight section and one time discount section are pre-made and are returnable. All other eternity rings can be exchanged only (no refunds) minus a 30% restocking fee. No exceptions.
EARRINGS AND PENDANTS
1. RMA Number: RMA number is required for your return. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.

5. Altered Bracelets: Bracelets that are resized (larger or smaller than the 7 inch stock size) are final sale.
RESTOCKING FEES
Because all of our jewelry is made to order we incur significant costs for items returned for a refund. Therefore we are forced to charge a small restocking fee on items returned for a refund. Without the small restocking fee, we would be forced to raise our prices significantly and greatly reduce our enormous selection. Restocking fee for items returned for a refund are as follows (note: minimum of $30 per ring):
1. 14k gold: 5%
2. Palladium: 7%
3. Platinum: 15%
If new item is less than the original item, the restocking fee is applied to only the refunded amount. There is NO restocking fee on loose stones unless multiple stones are purchased and returned for a refund (2.5% restocking).
Shipping is included on all orders over $200. In the case of refunds, shipping and insurance charges incurred by MoissaniteCo to ship orders to customers are not refundable.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Custom orders include:
* Special metal requests that are not available as a regular option on the website (i.e. platinum 18k, pink gold, etc.).
* Items marked as "Special Order" on our website.
* Special requests for items to be made with CZ, diamonds, or other gemstone that are not offered as a regular option for the item purchased.
* Our stones set in customer's jewelry or customer's stones set in our jewelry
Items created at a customer's request that are not normally available on our website
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If work has already begun on your order, the applicable restocking fee will be charged. If work has not begun, there is a minimum charge of 2.5% to cover lost processing fees. Special order items carry a 2.5% cancellation fee.
Applicable Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions and your use of this site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Nevada, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be filed only in the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of your use of this site, any purchase from this site, or these Terms and Conditions.
Modification and Notice.
You agree that MoissaniteCo.com may modify these Terms and Conditions and any other policies on our Site at any time and that posting the modified Terms and Conditions or policies on our Site will constitute sufficient notice of such modification.
Termination
Notwithstanding any of these Terms and Conditions, MoissaniteCo.com reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this site, and to block or prevent future your access to and use of the Site.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
