The Coronavirus Outbreak (Covid-19)

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, much of our operations are currently limited. We currently CAN process the following items without delay:

  1. Loose Stones
  2. All items in our sale section
  3. Selected engagement, pendants and earrings. Please look for the green highlighted border.

Will this impact the processing time of my order?

If you currently have an order that was placed before 3/20, please contact us if you haven't already spoken with out staff about it. Where possible we are shifting many items to another production facility on the West Coast so we can complete your order. There may be a small delay for these orders. If you are concerned or have any questions, please contact us.

What if I want to place a new order?

For any new orders placed on or after 3/20: The current plan is for our facilities affected, to re-open around April 13th.

The only new orders we can start processing immediately are those listed in the first section above. We are hopeful, however, that it may be sooner. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us; and we will be happy to assist you further.
