Because most of our jewelry is made to order, orders are shipped within 1 - 10 business days depending on the item purchased. This time is required for our jewelers to cast, polish, size items (if applicable), and set stones.

We do our very best to accomodate our customers' special dates (engagements, anniversary, birthdays, etc.). If you need your item by a certain date, please request it during checkout. We cannot guarantee it will arrive on time, but we promise to do our very best.

Shipping Info

FedEx Ground shipping is included on all orders over $200. We also offer Fedex Express 3-day, 2-Day, and overnight shipping (after the order has been processed).

APO and Post Office Boxes

Orders sent to Post Office boxes and APO boxes will need to be shipped via USPS Priority Service. We can only ship to post office boxes if it is also the credit card billing address. Otherwise we will need to ship to a physical address via Fedex.
