Ring Size Information

How to obtain the correct ring size: Selecting the correct ring size for your purchase is important. If you are unsure of the correct ring size, we provide several ring sizing tools/guides to assist you, although we also recommend having the ring size checked by a local jeweler when possible.

Re-sizing: After you have received your order, if you need it resized, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you. There will be a small sizing fee of $25/ring. (After the returns period expires, ring sizing is $50/ring). Ring sizing typically takes about 1 week.

If you need to change your ring size after placing your order but before it ships, there will not be a fee but it may delay your order.

We don't offer ring sizing if the ring was not purchased directly from our company.

The process: Our jewelers do not stretch rings, but instead will add precious metal when increasing the size. The band is then laser welded back together and polished for a near seamless finish. Finally, the side stones are checked to ensure they are secure in their respective settings. Re-sizing a ring typically takes about 1 week from when we receive the package.

In case you are unsure of the correct ring size and plan to have it re-sized by a local jeweler once received, it is easier to size up a ring with side stones than it is to size a ring down as the stones can become loose.

Ring sizing discrepancies between jewelers: There is an exact ring size to mm ring size conversion which our jewelers employ in creating our jewelry. Unfortunately, ring sizing instruments used by some jewelers are not standardized which can result in a variation of ring sizing up to 1/4 a size. Therefore if you are visiting a local jeweler to have your ring sized, you might consider visiting a few different stores.
