When Will I Receive the Refund for My Order?

Refund Processing and Timeline: Upon receiving your return package, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 1-2 business days. However, please be aware that it may take 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your online statement.

Once the refund has been processed, we will make a note in your order history and change the order status in your account to "Returned."

Please note that it is normal for the refund to take some time to appear on your online statement as it may take one to two weeks for the funds to be communicated between the banks and for the credit to appear on your online statement. Therefore, we kindly request that you do not contact us if the refund does not show up instantly on your credit card statement.

For international credit card refunds and some debit cards, we have observed that it may take up to 2 weeks to process the refund.

Why doesn't the credit card refund show up immediately on my statement? The initial charge did.

When your credit card is charged, your bank temporarily freezes the funds, and our company is notified of the charge. At this stage, the charge is considered "pending." Typically, around midnight on the day of the charge, the actual funds transfer process begins, and the charge is considered "settled." However, the funds are not deposited into our bank until approximately a week later. Similarly, when we issue a refund, it may take up to a week for the funds to be transferred back into your account. This timeline can vary and may take up to two weeks depending on your bank's processing time. Therefore, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work to process refunds as quickly as possible, while also ensuring that the necessary protocols are followed to ensure the security of all financial transactions

Can the Return Policy be Extended for International Customers?

Our company offers a 30-day return policy for international packages. However, we understand that international shipping can sometimes result in delayed delivery. Therefore, we will still accept returns of international packages for a refund, as long as they are shipped within 30 days of the original shipment date, even if they do not arrive within the 30-day returns period. We value our international customers and strive to ensure that our policies are fair and accommodating to all.

Are Sale Items Returnable?

Our company accepts returns for sale items, as long as the security tag remains attached and the ring size is no smaller than 4.0 or no larger than 8.0. We want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase, even if it was on sale. However, please note that certain items may have limited availability, and we cannot guarantee the availability of exchange or replacement options for sale items. Thank you for your understanding.
