HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER:

1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number: Click here to be taken to the RMA form. Please fill it out, and you will receive a response within 24 to 48 hours.
2. Please follow the return instructions that will be emailed to you.

RINGS

1. RMA Number: RMA number is required for your return. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
2. 30 DAYS: Item must be returned within 30 days of SHIPMENT. After this date, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
3. Security Tag: The original security tag must still be attached to the unworn item in order for refunds to be processed. If the tag has been removed (or if it has been removed and re-attached by the customer) the return policy is voided.
4. New Condition: Items must be in new condition (no visible signs of wear and tear). Items that have been altered by a jeweler other than MoissaniteCo.com (i.e. rings that are resized) are not returnable.
5. Very Large and Very Small Ring Sizes: Ladies rings sized above a size 8 and below a size 5 are considered special orders and are thus not returnable. (Exceptions can be made depending on the style of the ring. Therefore please contact us BEFORE you place an order if you believe this may be a problem.)
6. Custom and Special Order Rings: are not returnable or exchangeable (please see the custom order section below for further details).

ETERNITY RINGS

1. Eternity rings are considered special order items since they are made to fit a specific size and cannot be resized. Eternity bands in our overnight section and one time discount section are pre-made and are returnable. It is highly recommended that you have your ring sized by a professional prior to making your purchase.
2. If for some reason the eternity you ordered will not work for you, we will allow an exchange only (no refunds) minus a 30% restocking fee.

EARRING & PENDANTS

1. RMA Number: RMA number is required for your return. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
2. 30 DAYS: Item must be returned within 30 days of SHIPMENT. After this date, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
3. New Condition: Items must be in new condition. Items that have been altered by a jeweler other than MoissaniteCo.com (i.e. rings that are resized) are not returnable. If there are visible signs of wear the item will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Custom and Special Order Rings: are not returnable or exchangeable (please see the custom order section below for further details).

BRACELETS

1. RMA Number: RMA number is required for your return. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.

4. New Condition: Items must be in new condition. Items that have been altered by a jeweler other than MoissaniteCo.com (i.e. rings that are resized) are not returnable. If there are visible signs of wear the item will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Altered Bracelets: Bracelets that are resized (larger or smaller than the 7 inch stock size).

LOOSE STONES

1. RMA Number: RMA number is required for your return. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
2. 14 DAYS: Item must be returned within 14 days of SHIPMENT. After this date, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
3. Exchanges are not returnable.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not returnable. There will be a $25 shipping fee for the exchange unless the difference between the original order and the exchange is $200 or greater.

RESTOCKING FEES

Because all of our jewelry is made to order we incur significant costs for items returned for a refund. Therefore we are forced to charge a small restocking fee on items returned for a refund. Without the small restocking fee, we would be forced to raise our prices significantly and greatly reduce our enormous selection. Restocking fee for items returned for a refund are as follows (note: minimum of $30 per ring):

1. 14k gold: 5%
2. Palladium: 7%
3. Platinum: 15%

If new item is less than the original item, the restocking fee is applied to only the refunded amount. There is NO restocking fee on loose stones unless multiple stones are purchased and returned for a refund (2.5% restocking).

Shipping and insurance charges incurred are not refundable (or in other words, the shipping costs incurred by MoissaniteCo.com.)

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Custom orders include:

• Special metal requests that are not available as a regular option on the website (i.e. platinum 18k, pink gold, etc.).
• Special requests for items to be made with CZ, diamonds, or other gemstone that are not offered as a regular option for the item purchased.
• Our stones set in customer's jewelry or customer's stones set in our jewelry
• Items created at a customer's request that are not normally available on our website

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If work has already begun on your order, the applicable restocking fee will be charged. If work has not begun, there is a minimum charge of 2.5% to cover lost processing fees. Special order items carry a 25% cancellation fee.
