Moissanite Co. appreciates your decision to shop with us. One way we say thank you to our customers is through our new Loyalty Rewards Program. Starting 8/26/07, when you shop at MoissaniteCo.com, for every $1 you spend, you will be rewarded one loyalty point that can be used towards your next purchase. 20 points = $1.

Here is an example of how it works. If you purchase an item for $1000, you will earn 1000 reward points. Upon making your next purchase, you can redeem your reward points to receive a discount of up to $50 (1000 points = $50 or 5% of the total of your previous order).

We understand that you have many choices when shopping for jewelry, and we hope that we will have the opportunity to meet and beat your expectations again and again.

Loyalty Rewards FAQ

Are all products eligible for the rewards program?
Yes, except for those purchased from the "one time discount" section.

How do I sign up for the rewards program?
By creating an account on our site you are automatically enrolled in the rewards program.

How do I view my accumulated points?
To view your current, sign into your account and visit the My Account page.

How do I redeem points I've earned?
During the checkout process, there will an option to apply the reward points earned to your order. You can then specify the number of points you would like to apply.

Can I apply points to past orders?
Points earned cannot be applies to past orders.

If I apply reward points to an order but decide to return or exchange that order, can I apply my reward points to the next order?
Reward points can only be used once (whether or not the item is returned or exchanged).

I returned an item. Will the points earned be deducted from my account?
Yes, the points earned for the purchase of an item are deducted if the product is returned, and any points that have been redeemed will be reversed.
